Yes... John and I take pictures of each other when we are asleep. John did it first, so I had to get him back.

Several Posts Below
Make sure to scroll down below for more posts! This has been a very busy but fun weekend!! :)
This last post is dedicated to Jack! He is now 1 month old. I cannot believe it has already been a month! That's just CRAZY to me!! I really wish time would slow down. I am trying to soak up every moment and take advantage of the time I have with Jack and John.

Within the first month:
- Jack is starting to put on some weight. He is definitely filling out! I LOVE IT!!
- He also looks a lot longer to me already. :(
- Jack loves to suck on his fingers and his paci (actually anything that comes close to his mouth)
- He loves to sleep on his Momma and Daddy
- Jack loves being outside. He immediately relaxes once you take him outside.
- Jack is pretty good at taking his naps during the day.
- He doesn't like to be put down at night.
- Jack is starting to track objects/faces with his eyes
- He turns in the direction of his Momma's or Daddy's voices
- Jack HATES tummy time (Mom's out there... any advice!?!?!?!?)
- When holding Jack, he is NEVER still. Even when he sleeps he is constantly wiggling around.
The Best Part
While this weekend has been filled with lots of good stuff...
- a puppy (which if you really know me, then you know that I am obsessed with dogs especially puppies; lab puppies in particular).
- my cousin getting married in Galveston.
- John having 5 days off in a row (LOVE THIS!!).
Pops and Jack meet for the first time.
Grandma Dixie and Jack meeting for the first time. They literally just walked in the door.
Grandma Dixie could put Jack to sleep in no time. I need to learn her tricks. Rather, she just need to come and visit him more often. :P
Jack just hanging out with Pops.
Saying goodbye is NEVER easy. We love Pops and Grandma Dixie!! We hope to see them again VERY soon!
1st of 3 Summer Weddings
As mentioned in a previous post, we have three weddings in a row this summer. The first one was this past Saturday. My cousin, Cody and his fiance(now wife), Ariel got married on the Seawall in Galveston. Here are some pictures from their sunrise ceremony.
Welcome home Woodrow
This past weekend has been very eventful. It started out with adding another member to the Suchecki family. :)
I LOVE puppies!
SO stinkin cute!

Busy Weekend
This weekend has been SUPER busy! Busy... but fun of course! Jack got to meet many family members he had not met before. This weekend has also been a time of accomplishments and acknowledgments.
Beginning on Friday, my sister, Holly Jo graduated from Texas A&M. We originally were not going to make it to the graduation at all. However, since Jack was 9 days early, I was able to go. Daddy and Jack stayed home and had a boys day together. Holly did not think that I was coming at all and I honestly was not sure I could go without Jack. (TRUST ME... it was hard, but worth surprising my sister). I did not let Holly know until the middle of her graduation that I had come. I sent her a picture of me, Summer (one of her besties) and her boo, Tyler in the stands. Of course, her reply was "Punk!" :) I am an idiot though, I forgot my camera, so I did not take any pictures of her ceremony. I plan on stealing the pictures she took on her camera when she finally posts them on Facebook.
After the graduation, we had a celebration for her here in Houston at our house. My Daddy and his family, my Aunt Sara and her three kiddos with their significant others, Tyler, Summer, and John's parents all came to celebrate Holly's graduation. During this time, my Daddy got to meet Jack for the first time. :)
Saturday was another big day. First off, it was John's birthday! :) For his birthday he wanted to go and see Angels and Demons. (We thought it was pretty good by the way.) So, Jeannie (John's mom) came over to watch Jack, so we could go to the matinee showing. Daddy and his family came back over as well to spend some time with Jack.
Now for Sunday, John's parents are coming back over to celebrate John's birthday again. They are bringing us lunch and Jeannie's chocolate cake for John. We've had a lot of sweets this weekend. :)
Now the next 3 weekends are going to be just as busy with weddings in Galveston, Midland, and Dallas! :)

My cheesing hubsters opening up his birthday presents. :)
No... John did not turn 26. We didn't have any other candles.

Grandaddy and Jack again.

Tarissa (my sister) and Jack.

Three generations. (Hoping to take a 4 generation picture next week when Daddy's parents come down from Kansas.)
Secondly, Saturday was important because it was my graduation day. While I did not travel to Nacogdoches to walk (I would have LOVED to, but not able to), I officially have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership. It has been a long two years, but it was all worth it.Grandaddy and Jack again.
